Our Family Practice Faculty

| Dr. Michael Bradley, Assistant Director and Medical Student Coordinator |
| Dr. Bradley is a graduate of our own SJMC Family Practice Residency Program. Dr. Bradley is dedicated
to teaching students and is the clerkship director. He attended Susquehanna University before studying medicine at PCOM.
After graduating from PCOM, he completed his internship at St. Joseph's Hospital in Philadelphia. He decided to move
closer to his hometown roots of Schuylkill County and came to Reading for his residency. After residency, Dr. Bradley
remained here with the residency program and also worked in the Emergency Room. He is certified in hyperbaric medicine. |

| Dr. David Batluck, Hospitalist |
| Dr. Batluck has been a faculty member for 10 years. After graduating form the University of Scranton,
he attended PCOM. He then completed his internship at the Mercy-Suburban Hospital followed by an IM Residency through the
Scranton-Temple Residency program in 1984. He is board certified in both internal medicine and geriatrics. Currently, Dr. Batluck
is the Chair of the Department of Internal Medicine at St. Joseph Medical Center. As attending for the Family Practice teaching
service, he supervises and guides residents and students. In conjunction with Dr.Quigley, he oversees daily morning report.
In his off time, Dr. Batluck enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, collecting sports memorabilia, and following the
Philadelphia Flyers and Pittsburgh Pirates. |

| Dr. Mary Ann Mancano, Pediatric Hospitalist |
| Dr. Mancano graduated from Temple University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Pediatrics
from Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Prior to joining SJMC Family Practice Residency Program as a faculty member she was
in private practice for four years. Dr. Mancano is currently the Chairperson for the Department of Pediatrics and a faculty
member of the Family Practice Residency Program. As the Pediatric Hospitalist, she supervises medical students and residents
doing in-patient pediatric rotations. She also teaches Neonatal Resuscitation to all residents, and has been certified to teach
PALS. In her spare time she likes to cook and travel with her husband and two children. |

| Dr. Katharine Navone, Family Practice Faculty |
| Dr. Navone has worked for the SJMC residency for the last 9 years. Her career has focused on teaching all
aspects of medicine. Dr. Navone has a special interest in women's health issues including obstetrics. One day a week is
dedicated to rounds and teaching on the labor and delivery floor. Dr. Navone is also supportive of students and residents
in developing scholarly and research activities. Dr. Navone came to the US from Europe 20 years ago and continues to have
an interest in traveling. During her vacations and in her spare time Dr. Navone enjoys dancing and spending time with her
children exploring the outdoors. |

| Dr. Sandhya Buch, Family Practice Faculty |
| Dr. Buch is one of the first graduates from the St. Joseph Medical Center Family Practice Residency Program,
graduating in 1980. She is currently on staff in the Family Practice Residency Program as an attending physician. She is also
trained to work with the patients in the hyperbaric chamber. Dr. Buch especially enjoys working with and training the medical
students and residents in the Family Practice Center. Dr. Buch also has a special interest in geriatrics and does weekly rounds
with the residents at our local nursing home. When she is off duty, Dr. Buch can usually be found playing with her grandchild.
Dr. Buch also loves teaching the students and residents the art of cooking Indian Cuisine. |

| Dr. Accamma Joy |
| Dr. Joy attended Philadelphia College of Pharmacy Science and worked as a pharmacist for 3 years.
She is a graduate of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She did her residency here at St. Joseph Medical Center.
She graduated in September 2006 and served as Chief Resident during her 3rd and final year as a resident. Upon graduation,
she joined our hospital as a full time faculty physician in the Family Practice Department. She has clinical duties and
also precepts with the residents on call and weekend rounds. Dr. Joy was born in India and immigrated to the US at age 5.
She lived in Delaware County for 25 years before moving to Reading in 2003. Dr. Joy has grown to love and appreciate living
in Berks County. She and her husband have three children and reside in Muhlenberg. In her spare time, Dr. Joy enjoys
shopping and playing with her children. She also enjoys cooking and trying new recipes. |

| Dr. Jorge Arboleda |
| Dr. Arboleda is a graduate of the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and did his residency at Catholic
Medical Center in Jamaica, New York. After graduation, he joined the hospital's adjunct faculty. His clinical duties included
precepting residents, teaching rounds and providing primary care in an acute setting. He has a particular interest in office
based procedures. Dr. Arboleda relocated to Berks County in January 2007 where he joined St. Joseph Hospital Medical Center.
He serves as a full time physician in the Family Practice Department and precepts with the residents for on-call and weekend
rounds in the hospital. |
